孩子4岁时被诊断为孤独症，他从来都不懂得表达自己，身为父母的我们经常感到无比的挫折感。幸好，自从孩子上了Hatching Center以后，他开始学会了沟通，比一前更容易控制，也学会了自理。感谢Hatching Center为我们付出的一切。

When we realized our son might benefit from a special education program, it was one of the most stressful and trying times in our lives. We had nobody around us who could understand our situation or give advice. But we were very fortunate to meet Ms Yee Shan, who turned out to be not only a very knowledgeable, bright and efficient coach, but also our biggest supporter, a kind and genuinely caring friend who was always there for us when we needed her the most, responding to a million of our questions quickly and comprehensively. The more we worked with her, the more we were amazed by her expertise and problem-solving skills as well as her energy and her enthusiasm, which are contagious. Thanks in large part to her support, in the fall our son is going to a wonderful school, which he is already excited about!

My son was diagnosed with ASD at the age of 4. As a parents, me and and husband were once freak out, and hopeless. The biggest fear for us was 'he will never be independent'. He couldn't take care himself neither he knows how to express himself. At the age of 5, we met Ms Yee Shan, it was the changing time. Thanks god for bringing Alex a guardian. He started to speak, although it was only 3 words sentence, but we were grateful enough, he learned to go toilet. The most importantly, WE CAN FINALLY UNDERSTAND HIM.

Unfortunately, Ms Yee Shan has to go back to Malaysia, but her love and concern to Alex never stop. She keep a close contact with us, sometime when she isc back to Singapore she would bring Alex out for a walk.

We would like to say thank you to her support and everything given by her.

We are happy to hear that Ms Yee Shan is starting a Special Needs Center in Malaysia, it would bring a lot of good to the kids there.

曾经我也很害怕把孩子送去特殊教育中心，一直以为孩子长大后就会学会了。所以在他3岁的时候，我们把他送入了montesorri就读，可是，过了2年，情况并没有好转。

那天，我们终于决定把孩子送入特殊中心，很庆幸我们做了这个决定，孩子自从到了Hatching Center 后，终于学会ABC，也懂得用简单的单词来表达自己。多么希望可以早点遇到Ms Yee Shan，那么孩子就不会错过了黄金治疗时期。

看着身边朋友的孩子们都可以上小学，我是好羡慕。身为一个星妈，一路走来都好幸苦。孩子不懂得如何社交，不懂得表达自己，不懂得自理，整天只会在原地自转，有时忽然来个’惊喜‘，心脏几乎可以为他停止跳动。

虽然很多很多的事情发生了，可是我依然舍不得把孩子送入特殊中心，所以耽误了孩子的黄金治疗时间。终于我决定了把孩子送来Hatching Center，因为担心孩子适应不来，所以决定让孩子上一对一。

几个月了，孩子不止学会了规矩，还懂得在弟弟哭泣的时候拿纸巾安慰他。从只懂得的‘啊，啊，啊’，到现在懂得说‘要’，这过程真的为我们带来了不少的欣喜。感谢Hatching Center为我们带来希望。

I can't find a better word to express my appreciation to Hatching Center. My son, Jayson, he is 4 years old this year, 2014 has become a remarkable year to us, HE IS FINALLY SPEAKING! 

We had beeen living in greatest fear that Jayson will never speak. Last year we gave up on trying to push him to talk. Glad that we met Ms Yee Shan, she told us that Jayson wasn't not verbal, he was non verbal. This bring us hope.

After few month one to one session with Ms Yee Shan, he is now calling us 'Papa' and 'Mama'. I can't be thankful enough for her help. Thank You!

I trust Hatching Center a lot, as they are very professional, I never regret my choice for my liltle one. Other than intervention and daily and weekly comprehensivve reports, Ms Yee Shan also give me a lot of mental support. I am very confidence with Hatching Center. I can see changes and improvement with my 2 years old boy after attending 1 month of intervention with Hatching Center.

My girl was diagnose with Selective Mutism, which was very rare in Malaysia. I have been running around to look for 'cure' for her, we attended OT, ST, Psychology and etc. Her Psychologist suggest me to go for Play Therapy, hence I found Hatching Center. Amazingly, within 10mins of assessment, Ms Yee Shan has built rapport with Qing (she used to never allow stranger to touch her, she would hide behind me all the time). Not only allowed Ms Yee Shan to get close to her, but also to play with her, and she make a noise! Hence I decided this is the place for her. She never failed me, Qing started to talk to me at home after a few weeks! 

She is still having anxiety to talk to stranger, however, she is not resist to try to say 'hi' to them now, she was also able to answer simple question with 'yes/no' when stranger ask her. Most importantly, she is very talkative at home and with Ms Yee Shan :)

Now, my elder girl is with Hatching Center for learning support too.

I never know Ben conditions until he got expel from Smart Reader. Doctor diagnosed him with Autism. It was a hard time for us. We seek for help all around, but the interventions for special needs are too expensive for us to afford. Until Hatching Center was recommended to us by the principle of Smart Reader. 

Ben used to run around, scream around, and would never listen. He used to afraid of the sounds of the wave too. Now he was able to step on the sand and soak in the sea. There's a lot of progress in Ben.
